REAL MADRID UNVEILS NEW SIGNING TODAY

Real Madrid new signing, Brazilian Lucas Silva will today be unveiled at the Santiago Bernabeu. 

The midfielder signed a 5 year deal with the European Champions, who have been linked with the youngster for a while now.

The 21 year old was linked with host of clubs and reportedly snubbed Arsenal so as to link up with Real Madrid. 

"The player will be presented on Monday, January 26, at 13:00CET at the Santiago Bernabeu, after undergoing a medical examination.

"Later, Lucas Silva will go out on to the turf of the Bernabeu with the shirt of Real Madrid and meet the media in the press room.".

SANCHEZ WILL STAY AT ARSENAL - MERTESACKER

Arsenal captain Per Mertesacker has said Alexis Sanchez is "definitely" staying at the club next season. Sanchez's future remains unclear as he is set to enter the last year of his contract, but Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger reiterated on Tuesday that he will not sell the Chile international.
